For Japanese businesses, families and schools visiting the Midlands.

Interpreting, introductions and the practical arrangements — accommodation, transport, meetings — so that a visit runs as it was planned.

What I do

[One or two sentences on the kind of clients you work with and the part of the Midlands you cover.]

  • Interpreting and translation

Consecutive interpreting for meetings, site visits and interviews; translation of correspondence, documents and briefing notes. [Add specialisms, e.g. manufacturing, education, legal.]

  • Business visits

Introductions to Midlands companies, meeting arrangements, agendas and follow-up. Hotels, drivers and trains booked so that the delegation can concentrate on the work.

  • Schools and families

Visits to independent schools, admissions meetings and settling-in support for families relocating to the region. [Add what you offer to individuals.]

How it works

  1. Tell me about the visit

Who is coming, when, and what needs to happen. A short call in Japanese or English is usually enough to start.

  2. I plan and arrange

A written itinerary with meetings confirmed, transport and accommodation booked, and the people on the UK side briefed.

  3. With you on the day

Interpreting in the room, handling the unplanned, and a summary afterwards of what was agreed and what comes next.

About

[Two or three sentences: where you are from, how long you have lived in the Midlands, relevant qualifications or experience, and the kind of work you enjoy most.]

[A sentence on how you work — discreet, reliable, thorough — and anything a first-time client should know, such as typical notice periods.]
